Good Governance Fund: Provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services to the Good Governance Fund
Description
The independent monitoring, evaluation and learning provider will support the Good Governance Fund's ability to deliver technical assistance programming across five countries in Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans. Working in the areas of economic and governance reform in these countries, the service will provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation services to improve the programming quality and help meet the overall objectives of building stability and increasing prosperity through stronger governance and inclusive economic growth. The service will also contribute to the evidence base on donor support to government reforms in areas of economic growth and governance.
