IATI Identifier: GB-GOV-1-400153

Description

Scaling Agriculture Investment in Digital, AI & Innovation (SAIDAI) will support & scale the types of digital agriculture innovations that have the most potential for transformative impact, whilst generating evidence of what works, where & for whom. It will: • Catalyse investment at scale in agriculture innovations which expand productivity, uplift incomes & raise climate resilience, including through bringing in institutional investors like BII. • Drive stronger, more sustainable & better integrated agri-food systems in developing countries that deliver safe & nutritious food, including through improved yields, reduced post-harvest loss, & more efficient/resilient supply chains. • Build a stronger enabling environment, including better information on investment opportunities & risks, & greater consensus on how to measure & track impact. • Increase the deployment & adoption of technologies - including digital & AI - that can have the greatest impact on livelihoods & resilience
