Description
Offer technical assistance to Kosovo recruitment panels in central and local level to design and implement fair and meritocratic recruitment processes for senior officials, inclusive to all genders and minority groups. Make the results of such meritocratic recruitments public so that decisions makers are able and willing to appoint highest performing candidates. Track and support successful appointees to bring about better governance in the institutions they lead with.
