Description
Research programme focusing on pollution and reducing its harmful impacts on poor people. DFID funding will improve the current level of knowledge on the links between pollution, human health and livelihoods and associated economic impacts in developing countries. The research will contribute to the development of innovative environmental remediation techniques and technological solutions to reduce levels of air, water and soil pollution in developing countries and mitigate impacts on public health.
