Improving Communication of Research and Evidence for Development (ICRED)
Description
To improve the ability of southern researchers, civil society groups and the media to access, appraise and communicate evidence more effectively. This will include training researchers, civil society groups and media outlets in finding, understanding and communicating research findings better to development practitioners and the public, giving them better access to and understanding of research and evidence, with the aim of supporting more evidence-informed policy and practice leading to reduction in extreme poverty in DFID priority countries.
