Centres for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR)
Description
Five-year global programme to help strengthen developing countries’ capacities in monitoring, evaluation and results–based management.The immediate purpose is to develop the capacity of five regional centres, two in Africa, and one each in East Asia, Latin America, and South Asia to provide demand-based capacity-building and knowledge services in Monitoring & Evaluation. The centres will be supported in existing academic/training institutions (potentially a consortium of institutions in each region to respond to geographic and language needs) for a period of five years.
