To test new approaches and rigorously evaluate programmes on what works in giving women and girls control over their economic lives in sub-Saharan Africa. This will result in robust evidence for decision-makers to design programmes and policies that will improve economic opportunities for women and girls in sub-Saharan Africa and contribute towards gender equality.
