ICRC 2009 Appeal for Chad
Description
To address the needs of IDPs and host communities in the remote area of the Sudan-Chad border, through provision of emergency relief assistance (in the form of shelter and household items) where needed, but also includes early assistance for the re-establishment of livelihoods, water points and health facilities.
