UK-Uganda Partnerships Programme (U-UPP)
Description
British High Commission Kampala (BHCK) advances UK interests by building a strong, pragmatic partnership with Uganda that delivers stability, inclusive growth and resilience. BHCK will work with government and local actors to strengthen national systems, sustain Uganda’s refugee response, unlock finance and trade, promote gender equality and tackle climate, migration and security risks. Creating an FCDO2030-ready organisation to better deliver, we will support Uganda to move towards self-reliance while protecting UK prosperity and security in a contested region.
