Zimbabwe Partnerships for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth
Description
The Zimbabwe Partnerships for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth portfolio programme will be the UK’s flagship ODA programme in Zimbabwe, supporting UK strategic objectives and the new Approach to Africa. With a £28 million budget, the programme aims to unlock inclusive, sustainable economic growth as the primary pathway out of poverty, while advancing mutual UK–Zimbabwe interests in trade, investment, and stability. It will strengthen the foundations for growth—particularly human capital, public systems, governance, and climate resilience—while accelerating key drivers of growth such as finance, private sector productivity, and trade, and embedding women and girls throughout. Delivered through adaptive, locally led partnerships, the programme leverages UK expertise, investment, and convening power to catalyse long-term, system-level change.
