AZE: Technical Support for the Establishment of ASCO’s Compliance Function
Description
The proposed technical cooperation assignment (the “Assignment”) will support Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company in establishing a comprehensive and independent compliance function in line good international practices and in recruiting a qualified Chief Compliance Officer. Once established and adequately resourced, the compliance function will underpin Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company’s broader institutional reforms and planned investments as part of its strategy to become a reliable maritime partner in regional transport operations. The Assignment will be carried out by an independent consulting firm (the “Consultant”).
