M-GROW: Moldova Growth, Resilience and Opportunities for Well-Being Multi-Donor Trust Fund
Description
The World Bank Trust Fund will support capacity building, Technical Assistance for critical investment, and policy reforms that delivers better formal employment, enhanced human capital, and resilience to climate change and crisis. In areas where Moldova has demonstrated project, investment, or reform commitment, that align with His Majesty's Government priorities, M-GROW will selectively seek to support higher risk activities approaches that lead to significant learning and application elsewhere. This programme will help the Moldovan economy and society to be more resilient to the effects of crisis and the shock caused by Russia’s war in Ukraine.
