Description

Recognising the interlinkages between climate change adaptation and mitigation, disaster risk management and adaptive social protection, the programme will integrate components from the current 'Climate Smart Development Programme' and 'Strengthening Disaster Resilience Programme' to mitigate risks, reduce vulnerability and build resilience.
