Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning for Yemen (MERLY)
Description
To deliver a holistic and adaptable MERL service, demonstrative of the new FCDO. Key workstreams include; Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) of programmes, analysis and evidence-generation to inform policy-making, and support to optimising diplomatic engagement. The broader aim of MERLY will be to ensure robust accountability and VfM of ODA and non-ODA spend by FCDO Yemen (BE Sana’a).
