Description

The second phase of the Hunger Safety Net Programme (HSNP) aims to ensure the effective management of HSPN 2 in conjunction with the National Draught Management Authority (NDMA); and to build capacity in GoK (NDMA) to implement HSPN 2 within its own structure by 2017.
