Description

Early action and Preparedness in response to the Mali crisis and food insecurity across the Sahel, followed by Response and Recovery in event of military intervention in Mali and wider humanitarian needs in the Sahel. This 2013 phase of bilateral humanitarian assistance aims to support critical UN, Red Cross and International Non-Governmental humanitarian agencies to scale-up their responses inside Mali and the Sahel.Early action and Preparedness in response to the Mali crisis and food insecurity across the Sahel, followed by Response and Recovery in event of military intervention in Mali and wider humanitarian needs in the Sahel.
