Objectives

The project aimed to contribute to a more credible electoral process in Kenya by supporting the Judiciary to improve the management of Electoral Dispute Resolution.

Description

To support the Judiciary Committee on Elections (JCE) and the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) in the finalization of their engagement with the Electoral Dispute Resolution (EDR) legal processes ahead of the 2017 elections, as well as their engagement in post-2017 EDR legal reform processes.
