Output 1.2. By 2025, the Government and stakeholders at national and subnational level will have an increased capacity to expand and sustainably provide, while families and communities will have an increased capacity to demand, an essential package of quality preventative, promotive and curative services for infants and young children in development and humanitarian situations, and urban settings
