Description
This programme will serve as a strategic vehicle for delivering on DFID’s Digital Strategy 2018-2020, which aims to harness digital technology to tackle global poverty and deliver on the SDGs
Objectives
1) Developing open sourced digital solutions that can be readily and widely used by the development community; 2) developing and trialing new business and replicable private-public partnership models to scale-up cost-effective digital programmes; 3) improving policy-makers understanding of complex digital policy issues; and 4) improving development community skills and capabilities in investing and adopting digital technologies to support programs.
