Description
The Sunita Project is a three-year project (1 April 2022 – 31 March 2025), in which INF Nepal will be developing a Palliative Care and Chronic Disease (PCCD) Centre of Excellence at Green Pastures Hospital. Through clinical services, research and education/training, this project will support the National Strategy for Palliative Care, which was developed by palliative care experts in Nepal and was adopted by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in 2017. Over the three year project period a rural health care intervention in palliative care, will be designed, implemented and tested in Lamjung, Rukum and Surkhet and will roll out from second year in Kapilvastu and Banke.
