Description
The International Security and Stabilisation Support Strategy (ISSSS) is the main vehicle for stabilisation interventions in eastern DRC, and is managed by the DoDRC and MONUSCO. The Strategy has 5 thematic pillars under which projects are aligned. DFID has contracted WYG to establish an M&E Support Unit to develop and implement an overarching M&E strategy for the ISSSS.
