All people needing palliative care in the catchment areas of 7 healthcare services receive it (have a care plan, including review of medication, any referral needed, roles of family members, roles of health workers, and advance planning) and 292 communities demonstrate that they care more which helps 1,646 young carers enroll in and attend school more and families receive more caring help from community members.
