Description
The UK Hydrographic office has established posts specifically dedicated to international capacity building. The posts are concerned with the organisation of technical visits and training courses/workshops in the Caribbean, North Indian Ocean and Southern Africa. They also are involved in the development of a hydrographic survey project in the Eastern Caribbean. The spend also covers activities carried out in support of ODA countries where UK Hydrographic office is the primary charting authority and support of Commonwealth small island developing states.
