Technical exchange on market competition as part of the SE Asia Economic Reform ODA programme
Description
This project is designed to support the development of an effective competition regime in Philippines by enhancing the technical capability of the Philippine Competition Commission and the Philippine Judiciary, to support them in the promotion and fair administration of competition law. This will be done through capacity building and demonstration of the effective application of economic policies. In doing so, the project aims to create favourable conditions for investment and open opportunities on shared priorities for future collaboration.
