This will be achieved through a targeted policy and institutional stakeholder mapping exercise and pilot capacity-building initiatives across the government policy-makers, courts and alternative dispute resolution sectors. It will support the multi-year Rule of Law for Business programme, which will lead to an improved, fairer and more transparent business environment and stronger and more sustainable growth. This will in turn benefit improved business environment for domestic and international companies, including UK ones.
