British Embassy Bilateral Programme Fund 2024-2025

Description

This programme is strategically aligned with the British Embassy’s Country Business Plan objectives, the International Development Strategy, the Minister of Development’s priorities, relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our programme also aligns with BRRIT’s goals, and Post’s own analysis, local priorities, UK objectives, and international standards. The programme is focused on three core objectives: 1. Enhancing Resilience to Climate Change 2. Empowering Women and Girls – especially those in earthquake-affected areas 3. Fostering Media Freedom Each project under this programme will directly contribute to sustainable development, gender equality and democratic governance. Total Allocation under the British Embassy Bilateral Programme Fund is £150,000, which is distributed equally under each thematic field.
