Ukraine Governance Reform Programme
Description
To help Ukraine win the war, make progress on conditions for membership to the EU and NATO, and attract the foreign investment needed for its reconstruction, this programme will support the Government of Ukraine create independent, effective, and accountable institutions. Working in close partnership with close-minded allies such as the US, the programme will advance reform in the areas of anti-corruption, digitalisation, and rule of law, while maintaining flexibility to respond to emerging reform needs. In doing so, it will build citizens’ trust in their government, lay the foundations for long-term resilience and recovery, and help Ukraine on its Euro-Atlantic trajectory.
