Reforming the United Nations System - Humanitarian (RUSH)
Description
To provide core funding to five humanitarian agencies of the UN - Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), World Food Programme (WFP), United Nations Childrens Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and International Organisation of Migration (IOM). This core funding will support greater scale and reach in life-saving humanitarian assistance while strengthening efforts to prevent further suffering by anticipating future shocks, building resilience, protecting civilians and prioritising assistance to those in greatest need.
