To provide cash and voucher support for basic needs and survival to people most vulnerable and impacted due to displacement, destruction and damage to property and loss of livelihoods following the April 2021 explosive eruption of the La Soufriere volcano in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the August 2021 earthquake in Haiti.
