UK Support to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), covering 2017-2021
Description
To provide core funding support to the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA); United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR); UN Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF); World Food Programme (WFP); and the International Organisation of Migration (IOM) to support a strengthened humanitarian response and a more efficient, effective and transparent system. These UK funds will enable UN agencies to respond rapidly to urgent humanitarian needs and shore-up operations in neglected or protracted Crises.
