Description

The objective of the portfolio MEL (PMEL) programme is to align outputs from programme level MEL activities, synthesise new evidence products and use these materials to help FCDO Nepal develop and deliver strategic learning that will help the office answer a range of questions that will help them adapt, manage and plan the portfolio of programmes.
