Description

There is a pressing need to develop evidence around how to move from elite politics to political plurality. This evidence is needed to inform the development of HMG policy on conflict and instability. This research provided FCDO with the evidence on what the literature says about the processes by which exclusionary elite bargains can begin to transform to become more horizontally inclusive.
