Description

Zambia faces significant vulnerabilities in the context of droughts, floods, debt defaulting and Covid-19, and we have identified a nexus of disturbingly low rural resilience from environmentally threatened farming and fishing; significant recent urban impoverishment both pre- and during the Covid pandemic; and a bundle of social issues having a real impact on poverty dynamics.
