Description

Improve cashew yields with intercropped legumes and honey production, alongside developing 150 VTEs and one Cooperative Union.

Objectives

Increased income for smallholder farmers in the Northern Region of Ghana and their households through the development of cashew, legume and honey value chains.

Target Groups

(1) Cashew Farmers; 3,000 adults (+36 Years Old): 1,500 adult men and 750 adult women. 750 young people (18-35 Year Olds): 450 young men and 300 young women. (2) Cashew Apple, Honey & Legume Farmers; 300 adult women (+36 Years Old). 300 young people (18-25 Year Olds): 150 young men and 150 young women.
