Description

This 36-month project seeks to achieve the overall outcome that: “Marginalised women in Bauchi state have improved livelihoods and increased participation and leadership roles in the local community”. This will be achieved by raising the individual economic and social capabilities of 3,600 marginalised Nigerian women (primary beneficiaries) while tackling gender norms via alliances with male leaders and community members. Secondary beneficiaries total 28,920 - 25,200 members of women’s households and 3,720 men.
