Building Resilience and Adaptation to Climate Change (BRACC) (under the name Promoting Sustainable Partnerships for Empowered Resilience (PROSPER)) targets 1,159,938 people in Balaka, Chikwawa, Mangochi, and Phalombe to improve the anticipatory, absorptive, and adaptive capacities and facilitate transformative systems change, with improved access to finance and markets in more districts.
