Ready, Willing and Able
Project disclaimer
Description
Across Kenya, 67% of disabled people are unemployed and living in poverty. This project will begin to tackle this inequity and give 266 disabled men and women in Nairobi the confidence, skills and pathways they need to enter formal employment. In doing so we will challenge the barriers of stigma, discrimination and lack of knowledge which exist at the individual, community and employer level to ensure that disabled people can access decent work and that no-one is left behind.
