Description

By increasing quality, coverage and equity of maternal and child health interventions, this program will reduce morbidity and mortality of 1,000,000 children and 330,000 mothers in Uganda and thereby contribute to attainment of MDGs 4 and 5. Strengthening the technical expertise and material capacities of public and private health providers through training, mentoring and stronger accountability mechanisms, this project will increasingly user demand and access quality services.
