Description
To support delivery and monitor the Sierra Leone Education Sector Plan (ESP) through a hybrid multi-donor trust fund managed by the World Bank with £4.4 million from 2013/14 to 2015/16. learning outcomes for approximately 130,000 children in primary and junior secondary school. This contributes towards our MDG’s by increasing access to quality basic education and will result in increased and more equitable access to more effective schooling by 2016.
