Supporting Economic Transformation
Description
To strengthen the economic development policies of partner governments and improve donor policies and programmes in support of these. The programme focuses on ‘economic transformation’, meaning how economies diversify and resources (such as labour) move from lower to higher productivity activities. The programme will work with country governments, with DFID departments and with other donors and development partners to increase the impact of policies and investments to promote economic transformation.
