To provide a centre of excellence for Security and Justice related activity, to enable the UK to deliver more integrated and effective results in Fragile and Conflict Affected States (FCAS).To provide a centre of excellence for Security and Justice related activity which will enable the UK to deliver more integrated and effective results in Fragile and Conflict Affected States (FCAS) by:Strengthening HMG security and justice activity in high and medium priority countries.Providing evidence and lessons to develop more coherent and effective security and justice activity and policy.Advising and influencing key international policing stakeholders to support more effective delivery of HMG objectives in this area.Improving HMG’s ability to deliver effective and coherent defence engagement activity.Improving HMG staff’ skills and understanding in support of security and justice activity overseas.
