Mid Term Evaluation of the International Climate Fund (ICF)
Description
To provide an assessment of the alignment of the International Climate Fund's portfolio to the Fund's stretegic objectives, its expected results and the anticipated delivery of Value for Money, and the effectiveness of its monitoring and evaluation processes. This will inform planning for future UK climate finance and provide lessons to guide the shape and scope of any future climate finance by the UK or others. This will ultimately help poor people in partner countries through improved programmes and projects; and contribute to reducing the impact of climate change across a range of sectors which are crucial to attaining the Millennium Development Goals
