To help people adapt to the impacts of climate by strengthening knowledge on what works best, and to use this knowledge to develop new adaptation programmes and maximise the effectiveness of the UK's International Climate Fund (ICF) and its investments to help over 25 million people in developing countries cope with the impacts of climate change by 2015
