Description
To increase access to primary education by providing children in the most vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone with school feeding. This will benefit 97,500 children each year for three years and improve enrolment and retention in school, particularly for girls. The programme will contribute towards the MDG’s by improving attainment in primary education and will contribute to the Operational Plan target of 24,200 children supported directly by DFID completing primary school by 2015.
