An integrated Public Financial Management system which provides improved: a) aggregate expenditure control; b) predictability for financial flows; c) expenditure and investment planning; d) monitoring of expenditures; e) accountabilityTo strengthen and sustain public finance accountability through improved budget implementation, control and reporting. This will benefit the Government of Ghana financial accountability outlook and improve development outcomes by 2015
