To enhance the capacity of the Office of the Special Adviser on Prevention of Genocide (OSAPG) to detect the early warning signs of genocide, act as a catalyst to raise awareness of the causes and dynamics of genocide and to alert actors where there is a risk of genocide and to advocate and mobilise for appropriate action
