By 2021, at least 60 per cent of community structures in targeted districts have adequate technical skills to deliver quality community-based services., which contributes to Evaluation, Health And Development In Early Childhood And Adolescence, Immunization Services As Part Of Primary Health Care, Research, Strengthening Primary Health Care And High-Impact Health Interventions. UNICEF aims to achieve this through Advocacy And Communications, Advocacy And Public Engagement, Data, Research, Evaluation And Knowledge Management, Developing And Leveraging Resources And Partnerships, Evaluations, Research And Data, Fostering Innovation And Use Of New Technologies, Operational Support To Programme Delivery, Systems Strengthening And Institution Building, Systems Strengthening To Leave No One Behind. This contributes to the following Country Programme result: More children, especially newborns, infants and young children reach their fifth birthday. Pregnant and lactating women, children and adolescents (girls and boys) infected and affected by HIV, particularly the most vulnerable, use holistic and integrated quality management and promotion for behavioral change to improve their survival. Fewer children under 5 suffer from stunting and acute malnutrition.
