World Vision School Health and Hygiene Project
Description
World Vision aims to distribute approximately 550 reusable sanitary kits in 3 target schools, with approximately 1,650 underwear for girls. World Vision will engage with the Provincial Education Sector and the school leadership of the 3 target schools to obtain consent for conducting advocacy and awareness-raising session on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM). During the sessions, reusable sanitary kits will be distributed to age-appropriate girls in the schools. At the end of the project, World Vision will compile an end of project report that will be submitted alongside a financial report to the British High Commission. M&J Enterprise, a locally owned and operated company, will be contracted to provide Menstrual hygiene and Management advocacy and awareness to the students and staff of each target schools.
