This programme will help victims of slavery and individuals/communities at risk of slavery through engaging with businesses and direct support to vulnerable individuals/communities. To support this work, the programme will develop measures of prevalence and produce research on the drivers of modern slavery. It will also develop and make use of new technologies and ideas to tackle modern slavery more effectively. This programme contributes toward SDG8.7 to eradicate forced labour, end modern slavery and human trafficking and secure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labour.
