Description

The Inclusive Growth Diagnostic (IGD) exercise was launched to better understand the opportunities and constraints to inclusive growth in our focus countries, regionally and internationally, and to analyse what actions we can take in response to these opportunities and constraints.

Objectives

Following the development of Country Poverty Reduction Diagnostics (CPRD), DFID's overarching diagnostic, and the more in depth Inclusive Growth Diagnostics (IGD) in DFID country offices, the ED programme will help enhance these exercises and contribute to more transformational economic development interventions to help DFID deliver on zero poverty by 2030.
